Therefore, that amount of salaries can be a motivation for employees to thrive successfully to get that position so that they can receive the amount of wages that they’ve always wanted or this can attract talent out there to work productively for their organization. High pay means that hard work and dedication are rewarded, inspiring employees to perform better and stay with the company. Competitive salaries require that person to have good qualifications with highly skilled professionals, the directors have to take care of many obstacles the company faces and deal with all the problems so their roles are much heavier than employees.",
