Introduction

Nowadays, there are numerous opinions about the payment method that the corporation should pay for company heads more compensation than employees. This essay completely agree with this statement because of the CEOs responsibilities and the values they can generate for the firm.

Body paragraph 1

Regarding the foundamental reason is CEO usually is in charge of a lot of duties than ordinary workers. It does not mean directors have to handle huge workloads as employees, they usually workers with the tasks which can impact the entire corporation. Moreover, company heads have the authority to make a decision which can significantly affect their organization and assume full of the accountabilities for the consequences. For demonstrating, CEOs will represent the entire company to sign a contract, they have to consider the deal and decide to agree or not to bring full of advantages. Additionally, they have to response to that commitment in order that it does not cause any damage for their revenue.

Body paragraph 2

Moreover, the directors are also the person who establish the company and create a great number of career opportunities. That means they launch the firm and also find the plan to promote their revenue or have to create approachable strategy to get the advancement. It can be the most credible evidence that accurately reflect the professional qualification and real-world experiences which can explain the reason why the salaries differentials exist. There are a noticeable difference that the CEOs usually have a strong educational background more than ordinary workers. It is one of the reason that personnel should be paid excessive salary which they are worthy to receive.

Conclusion

In conclusion, I hold the belief that it is reasonable when paying more compensation for directors position because of the pressure and responsibility they have to undertake. Moreover, that perception should be agreed and implementing widely to ensure the fair in the workplace.
