The essay presents a balanced discussion on the issue of salary disparities between CEOs and regular employees. It provides both perspectives, supporting the view that higher salaries for executives are justified while acknowledging the potential negative impact on employee morale. However, the essay suffers from a lack of clarity in some areas, grammatical inaccuracies, and limited lexical range.

The essay addresses the task by discussing both sides of the argument and providing relevant examples. It presents a clear position supporting higher salaries for CEOs, but some points, such as how higher salaries attract talent, could be further developed. Additionally, the opposing viewpoint on fairness is mentioned but not elaborated upon sufficiently.

The essay follows a logical structure with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion. However, some cohesion devices are awkwardly used, and there are instances where sentences could be more clearly linked to improve the overall flow.

The essay demonstrates an adequate range of vocabulary with some variation and attempts at more complex expressions. However, there are several awkward phrases and incorrect word forms, which limit the lexical precision.

The essay contains various grammatical errors, such as incorrect prepositions, verb forms, and sentence structures. These errors sometimes impede comprehension and reduce the overall quality of the writing.

Detailed Analysis by Paragraph

Question:
Large companies should pay higher salaries to CEOs and executives compared to other workers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Introduction

In this day and age, the question of whether companies should pay higher salaries to CEOs and administrators compared to ordinary workers remains a controversial discussion. While some people believe that this policy is injustice, I am of the belief that it is essential for the businesses success and the attraction to talent workers.

Body paragraph 1

First, the wage gap between leaders and their staff can lead to a sense of unfairness and further affect to the companies achievement. For instance, in USA, CEOs and executives of Fortune companies often make a headline about their acquisition of enormous compensation packages and benefits. In comparison with regular employees, while executives obtain a nine digits of income, ranging from 10 to 20 million dollars annually, the workers only receive 5-10 dollars per hour, especially both of these positions have to work with a similar time. This, in the long run, can make a feel of unfairness among leaders and their subordinates, negatively impacting on workplace environment. Additionally, according to skeptics, it can decline the employees performance and affect directly to industries productivity.

Body paragraph 2

Nevertheless, one of the main reasons for the higher payment to CEOs and executives is the difference in the traits of position and the potential development of businesses. To illustrate, administrators are the individuals who have to make a crucial decision of companys future, which can improve or break the existence of the company in the market. This demands a deep knowledge about their fields compared to ordinary employees. Moreover, CEOs and executives bear an accountability for the industries lost and drawbacks, while the employees just work to complete their daily tasks. Besides, the higher income can appeal highly skilled professionals around the world and motivate workers significantly. For instance, if ones complete their objective successfully, they will take their deserved benefits, regardless of their position in the company. By doing this, the companies can be developed considerably and achieve their success in the long term.

Conclusion

In conclusion, even though the compensation gap among executives and their subordinates may seem unequal, I believe that the deserved benefits and the future commitments is the main key to appeal talents, contributing to the businesses success.
