Delfis para Telas Tlaquepaque, Dress is a womens L, handmade in Mexico, designer resort-wear, this item is in very good condition with the exception of one sleeve that has small stain on both the front and back see the photos, there is a tiny smudge on the front and a small splatter stain on the back of the same one sleeve. I have tried to take pictures that shows the stain well. I have tried to remove it but it still remains. There is a slightly lighter stain and area around the stain seen in photos. This dress was probably only worn a few times, the embroidery work is in excellent condition, it has been folded and stored away for years, there is not fading, no loose threading, it is full length like a maxi, it has two slits on left and right starting at knees, this is a pullover dress that is meant to fit oversized or very loose. The measurements taken laid flat across for chest is 25 inches, waist 26 inches, length shoulder to hem is 57 inches, sleeve length from armpit to hem is 1
