I enjoy eating snacks because it is a fun activity to do with friends, especially after school. I enjoy trying a variety of snacks, such as potato chips and Vietnamese sweet soup (chè), which can be found at street vendors near schools. Snacking is a convenient and enjoyable way to take a break and socialize with friends.
I do not eat snacks because they are unhealthy. Snacks can often be high in calories and added sugars, which can contribute to weight gain and other negative health effects. Instead of snacking, I try to focus on eating well-balanced meals that provide the nutrients my body needs to stay healthy.
